Guarantees and conditions of returns

1. NR - No Refill the service is provided without replenishment, there is no guarantee that you will receive a particular item in full. Refunds may be denied.

2. NG - No Guarantee, the support service has the right to refuse a refund, as well as the right to reject a request to cancel an order. Claims for such services are not accepted!

3. Cancellation of orders for OWN services takes place within 0-48 hours.

Cancellation of orders for other services has no guarantee, as we are not responsible for such services. We will send a cancellation request within 5 minutes after the request has been processed by our support. Cancellation of orders may take 1 day or several months.
